• There is a $7.00 charge per night for each additional guest above the minimum, the charge is $10.00 per night for holiday time
• Christmas and other peak times may require a 3, 4, or 5 night minimum stay; please call and check with us.
• Rates will be slightly higher for Martin Luther King, Presidents weekend and Mardi Gras; please call us for these rates.
• Arrivals are welcomed after 2:00 p.m.; Departure time must be prior to 10:00 a.m.
• Regretfully, no pets allowed on premises
• Usage of tobacco products is not permitted in rooms
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are welcomed
• Rates do not include state and local tax

A one-night deposit plus tax must be received on each reservation, this deposit can be in the form of a check or we can charge it to a card. This deposit confirms the reservation for the given number of days and the remaining balance will be collected upon arrival. Christmas and Spring Break rservations are due in full by November 1 and February 15, repectively.

If you must cancel your reservation, we will readily refund 100% of your deposit if the cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For those cancellations received within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, a refund of 80% will only be made if the room(s) are re-rented for the full reservation period. Cancellations for the Christmas and Spring Break Holidays are non-refundable. There are no refunds for early departures.
