DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY
We need to receive 50% deposit with-in seven days after the reservation is made, by phone or by secure email credit card transaction. Deposits can be paid by check, if received 21 days prior to reservation date. Balance is due in full upon check-in by cash or credit card only.
Cancellations received within 30 days of scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations received inside 30 days will result in forfeiture of deposit.
