| Reservation Requirements |
Advance reservations should be made for a minimum of 2 nights.
Overnight reservations may be available on a last minute call or drop-in basis.
A deposit of ½ the rent is required within 7 days from reservation placement
and balance plus tax is due upon arrival.
Reservations for legal holidays require a 3-day minimum and should be placed as early as possible.
Christmas holiday reservations require a 5-night minimum between December 21st and December 30th, leaving the 31st.
A deposit of ½ the rent is required within 7 days. Balance due in full by November 1st.

| REFUND POLICY |
We can offer 80% refund for cancellation received 30 days prior
to the reservation period. For late cancellations 80% refunds are available only if the unit
is rerented. No refunds are available on "early check-outs." We charge for the days
reserved. We must follow this policy because we have turned people away for the nights you
reserved.
