Reservations & Cancellations
(Individuals/Families): A deposit of 50% of total bill is required within seven days of making your reservation.
The balance for the full reservation period is due upon arrival. By confirming your reservation we agree to hold a room for the dates you have requested.
You will be obligated for that number of days. If reservation is cancelled, the 50% deposit will be nonrefundable.
NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUT
(Groups): A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is required within seven days of making your reservation.
The balance for the full reservation period is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after that date will result in a forfeiture of deposit. Please be
certain your group is firmly committed before making reservations!

Holidays
Christmas and other peak times may require a three-to-five night minimum. Rates may increase during some holiday periods and cancellation policies
may differ. Please call us regarding rates and policy changes for these times.

Our Specialty
The Sportsman's Lodge caters to large groups. We have the most resonable rates and more to offer our guests
than any lodge in Red River. Our facilities are group-oriented, such as our large recreation room with central fireplace and commercial kitchen.
This is ideal for group gatherings, devotions, movies or simply relaxing after a day in the mountains. Groups need to call to reserve the recreation room .
Policies
Black-out date exist in certain situations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to change reservation to rooms of equal or greater value in an effort to accommodate more guests.
