Summer, Day after Memorial Day through Labor Day( 2 night minimum.)
Federal Holidays (July 4, Labor Day) 2 night minimum.
Winter, Wednesday before Thanksgiving through March 31( 2 night min.)
Off Season Rates and Dates ( Call for info ) 2 night minimum.
Holiday is Christmas December 24 through January 1 (4 night minimum.)
Sp. B. is Spring Break March 6 - 21 ( 4 night minimum.)
Memorial Day Weekend 3 night minimum.
 

Children 12 years of age and younger stay FREE.
Stay 7or more nights receive one night FREE.  (Summer Only)
Maximum 14 persons per unit.  (Including Children)
You must declare the exact number of persons in your group.
We require a 50% advance deposit when you make reservation.
We accept all major credit cards. Checks or money orders accepted
for deposit if we receive deposit within 7 days of making reservation.
Balance of payment is due upon arrival.
There is a two night minimum stay. Exceptions for Holidays.
A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.
