Reservation Policy:
We require two nights non-refundable deposit at the time of making the reservation. If more than 30 days before arrival, two nights deposit must be made by check. The total is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, we accept cashiers checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard. Credit card payments may require signed authorizations by fax or email. A security deposit equal to one night stay will be required upon arrival. The amount is refundable if, after the property is cleaned and inspected, there is no damage or property missing.
SORRY, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING INDOORS! Any guests with a pet or that smokes indoors will be evicted without refund and the security deposit will be kept for cleaning and repairs.
HOLIDAYS include Fourth of July Weekend, and Spring Break. Holidays require 3 nights minimum. NO refunds for cancellations.
Christmas dates are December 19, 2007 - January 2, 2008. Five night minimum required. NO refunds for cancellations. All payments for Christmas reservations must be made by cashiers check or money order and are due by November 1, 2007.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, the balance is refundable IF we are able to re-rent the property reserved (except the 2 night's non-refundable deposit). If the property is no re-rented, the entire amount will be retained. NO refunds if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival. NO refunds for early checkouts.
